I like Soul Street for the vigorous atmosphere, delicious food and amazing cocktails ????. Today I tried Puerto Escondido, I liked very much. The Caesar salad and chicken quesadillas was very ???? tasty. Perfect place to wind up with the weekend and move into new working week. Usually I came here with friends, but today I came alone and enjoyed the place.

I had a lunch at Soulstreet restaurant. Over there you can find a big variety of dishes from different countries. Food was tasty. I had sushi, quesadillas and ice cream. Also it’s a nice interior over there

Amazing place with a great vibe ???????? food and drinks are really tasty. The DJ there plays great music in the afternoons to late evenings! Great place to chill after a long week

Very quite and nice place to chill. You can also try the food at Soul St. Resturants while you are there ..

Rooms are average BUT the Villa with the pool is a fantastic experience with a view that overlooks the whole Dubai icons

I just love Soul Street with their 90s RnB music and Asian vibe, the food and cocktails are amazing. Take a table under Sakura tree and must-try is their noodles and “one night in Dubai” beverage.

Amazing hotel. Very luxurious and amazing staff specially thanks to front office aartiiy extremely happy, will definitely be coming back when in Dubai #five vibes.

Stayed at the Five JVC, had a good dining experience at Soul St restaurant. Food and drinks were good. The rooms were nice, stayed at the 2 bhk sky villas with private pool. Special thanks to Neeraj from reception and to Claire from Security Department for easy handling of our lost item.

I only post reviews when I feel strongly about customer service. This company deserves all the business they can handle and then some. Particular shout out to Joanne who is professional, friendly and an asset to the company. Please don’t let the poor performance of a courier service reflect on the service and products provided by this firm as they are very quick to resolve any issues. Rare these days. Well done and thanks ????

I ordered clothes rails plus an extra bracket. I had accidentally ordered a different size bracket to the rails. The person processing my order called me when he noticed and checked did I want the bracket to fit the poles. I did and he was a total life saver - thanks!!!

Be very careful what you purchase the price you discuss over the phone is not what you are charged when you collect this has happened twice,won't be a third time.

For the past 7 days l have been trying to return an item to The Shop Fitting Shop that l purchased from Amazon. I have been pulled from pillar to post by both Amazon and the couriers Hermes. I had only been able to speak directly to a person from Amazon twice, and unable to speak to anyone at Hermes other than a robotic machine that could not understand what l was saying.

Fortunately l spoke to a knowledgeble, and extremely helpful person at the Shop Fitting Shop who patiently spoke to me on 4 occasions today. Her customer service skills were 2nd to none. She could tell l was upset, but she didn't sound irritated or annoyed and she actually solved the problem for me when Amazon and Hermes couldn't.

Unfortunately l forgot to get her name, but l would really like to thank her for her time, patience and professionalism. She was brilliant. She beat Amazon and Hermes customer service officers by a mile.

Thanks a million. I really appreciated all your help. Just found her name Joanne Whitmore.

Purchased a large shelving unit from this company via eBay. Units themselves are excellent, however the delivery company they used were appalling parcels were delivered 1 week apart, customer service from the company and and terrible. I had to chase and sort myself with the delivery company that took me time and lots of phone calls to do so. I sent an email complaint to the company and didn’t hear anything back!
So I won’t be recommending as customer service and prompt delivery is what you would also expect from a company your purchasing from. The 2 stars is because the product is good nothing more!

Excellent range of products, I found everything I needed for my new business and everything arrived quickly. The clothes rails are the best I have found and they hold so much stock and look great too. Thank you for making the whole experience so effortless, I will definitely be back. Louise.

I certainly didn't receive any bad service. Infact when placing my first ever order over the phone, I received excellent assistance! Thanks so much to Becky, and she told also to get in touch if I ever need further assistance. She was very pleasent and indeed helpful. :)
