Dear Hotel Management,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my recent experience at your hotel on the occasion of our anniversary. After conducting extensive research and considering various hotels and resorts, I decided to choose your establishment to surprise my wife. While I initially felt happy with my selection, there was an unfortunate issue that significantly impacted our stay—the incessant reminders about check-out.
1. During my reservation call, I was informed that check-out time is at 12 PM, which is a standard check-out time in most hotels, but at the same time, the Hotels have never sent such constant reminder and calls.
2. After making the online payment, I received another email reiterating the check-out time, which was redundant considering I was already aware of it.
3. At the check-in counter, I was again reminded about the check-out time. This repetitive information became somewhat bothersome.
4. Surprisingly, I even received a message on my phone reminding me about the check-out time, which felt excessive and unnecessary.
5. Later that same evening, I received a call as yet another reminder about the check-out time, which was somewhat frustrating.
6. To my surprise, the following day, around 10:30 AM, I received yet another call in the room, reminding me about the check-out. This constant nagging about the check-out became an annoyance and detracted from our celebration.
I have had the opportunity to stay in various five-star hotels in the past, and none have bombarded me with so many reminders about check-out. This incessant follow-up prevented us from fully enjoying our anniversary day in peace. Additionally, I observed that while other hotels make an effort to add basic decorations and personal touches to make their guests feel comfortable and create a memorable experience, unfortunately, this was lacking during our stay at Five Jumeirah.
I have always been a loyal advocate of hotels that have provided exceptional service, and I have recommended them to countless family and friends. However, I regret to say that my experience at your hotel has left a negative impression, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend it to others based on my recent stay.
Our anniversary day, which was meant to be special and memorable, was overshadowed by the constant reminders and lack of thoughtful gestures. I had high expectations for our stay at Five Jumeirah, but unfortunately, those expectations were not met, and it left us feeling disappointed.
I sincerely hope that you take this feedback into consideration and strive to improve the overall guest experience in the future. It is my wish that other guests do not encounter similar inconveniences and can fully enjoy their time at your hotel.
