I was in the Spa for my birthday booked a “Here we glow” package . It was AMAZING! Staff are great very kind always ready to help. Had my massage with the therapist Ari she was fabulous she knows her job, thank you one more time. Ladies at the reception were so kind and helpful. Only minus is the less variety of spa facilities but the relaxing are was nice and the massage room was huge and nice aroma. In one word the atmosphere at the spa was great! The music and smell ???????? Outdoor pool has a lot of things to be done and update. Lunch was good at the Soul Street. So I would recommend to go to this package, you will love it!

Was able to experience the Spa for a relaxing time, and it didn't disappoint! Just the smell and the ambiance of the spa upon entering is relaxing in itself. You would instantly feel at peace. I'd like to have a special mention to the staffs/therapist since without them this experience wouldn't be complete because of their kindness and hospitality, always ready to help and assist to our needs. They will really let you feel at ease and comfortable. Really a best way to relax. Would highly recommend!

Dear Hotel Management,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my recent experience at your hotel on the occasion of our anniversary. After conducting extensive research and considering various hotels and resorts, I decided to choose your establishment to surprise my wife. While I initially felt happy with my selection, there was an unfortunate issue that significantly impacted our stay—the incessant reminders about check-out.

1. During my reservation call, I was informed that check-out time is at 12 PM, which is a standard check-out time in most hotels, but at the same time, the Hotels have never sent such constant reminder and calls.

2. After making the online payment, I received another email reiterating the check-out time, which was redundant considering I was already aware of it.

3. At the check-in counter, I was again reminded about the check-out time. This repetitive information became somewhat bothersome.

4. Surprisingly, I even received a message on my phone reminding me about the check-out time, which felt excessive and unnecessary.

5. Later that same evening, I received a call as yet another reminder about the check-out time, which was somewhat frustrating.

6. To my surprise, the following day, around 10:30 AM, I received yet another call in the room, reminding me about the check-out. This constant nagging about the check-out became an annoyance and detracted from our celebration.

I have had the opportunity to stay in various five-star hotels in the past, and none have bombarded me with so many reminders about check-out. This incessant follow-up prevented us from fully enjoying our anniversary day in peace. Additionally, I observed that while other hotels make an effort to add basic decorations and personal touches to make their guests feel comfortable and create a memorable experience, unfortunately, this was lacking during our stay at Five Jumeirah.

I have always been a loyal advocate of hotels that have provided exceptional service, and I have recommended them to countless family and friends. However, I regret to say that my experience at your hotel has left a negative impression, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend it to others based on my recent stay.

Our anniversary day, which was meant to be special and memorable, was overshadowed by the constant reminders and lack of thoughtful gestures. I had high expectations for our stay at Five Jumeirah, but unfortunately, those expectations were not met, and it left us feeling disappointed.

I sincerely hope that you take this feedback into consideration and strive to improve the overall guest experience in the future. It is my wish that other guests do not encounter similar inconveniences and can fully enjoy their time at your hotel.

I visited brunch at soul Street and the food is amazing, I love the concept of different countries food stands. The drinks are free flowing and very good. Service is warm, fun and welcoming. We were taken care off by Kevin, and he was very attentive, glasses were always full and he kept an eye on our table all the time to ensure we never need to look for him. Kudos ????

Its my third time staying at this hotel, I really like the rooms, we booked the four-bedroom sky Villa with private pool, it is extremely spacious. However, I did not like the service we came there to celebrate a birthday, and we informed them regarding the celebration. There was no special arrangements from their side. We also informed that we have two babies staying with us, and we asked for cribs for many times and still they did not provide any cribs for the babies during the stay. We requested extra blankets, and they told us that the blankets were at the laundry. I love this hotel it's family friendly however, the service should be improved.

The room amenities were well maintained and clean. The breakfast was excellent; there was lots of variety. The staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Anisha, who recommended french toast for breakfast (loved it!) as well as the guards and service staff that where always assisting with a smile.

Love it here! Everybody is so respectful and nice! They definitely make you feel like you at home! Breakfast is GOOD! The best hotel breakfast I ever had. When I come back to Dubai I will definitely be staying here again.
