Honestly very disappointed with fixperts. They came recommended from a friend and so I did an annual maintenance contract with them. Bad mistake.

They are not specialists of anything, so whatever job needs to be done, they will charge you for specialist + 20% extra on material - and when you have a emergency, you are being held hostage at these charges.

They are quick on call outs, I’ll give them that but it takes forever for them to put together a solution or schedule something. Even worse, when they are at fault, they do not take any accountability whatsoever.

Their workers are also not professional - putting a fixperts polo on them does not make them professional or good at communicating, it’s their actions and experience, which they are poor at both.

All in all, very disappointed and of course will neither be renewing nor recommending them. My advice - look elsewhere, there are many options in this market.

I have requested the maintenance team in the morning to fix the dishwasher drain leak, all was done swiftly and professionally in a very short period. Highly recommend.
Special thanks to customer service member Philip for good coordination and fast response.

Highly recommend......The teams are very cooperating, very hardworking.

I am facing water leak issue in my kitchen ceiling. Fixperts is very fast and reliable when it comes to their response. I am satisfied and I will recommend to my neighbors friends????

We have been using FIXPERTS for several years and they are helpful and responsive. They manage a number of villas in our community and therefore know the houses well - in particular, my main contact is Zulfi Ahmed who is our customer coordinator and he has always been incredibly responsive and helpful for a range of queries. Highly recommended.

I had issue with my Apartment with the bad smell. tried 10+ companies, but no results. called 80081 once a call received from Mr. Baiju (excuse the name is wrong) to understand the issue and he sent a professional team who identified and resolved the issue in shot. there are some item required while team performing the work the driver went and took the parts and all work completed in super faster way. Value for Money. best and professional service i had ever seen.

200% satisfied with the way they handled it. :)

Fixperts team is vary professional in house maintenance.. We did our house flooring and tile work with Fixperts and the service is really satisfying.. They did a fantastic job and pricing was reasonable. I recommend them for all house maintenance...
