Went for Customer service role interview.
It is an Outside job Requiring to work 12 hours shift outside hotels arranging cab service for guests. 26-30 working days per month.

Company asks for 1000 AED Deposit before joining, and 1250 AED for Visa change which will be deducted from Salary.

Amazing work experience
I have been working with Guardforce since 2016.
My journey was full of challenges and motivations from the Management, they have been very helpful and supportive in every way.
I have gained a lot of experience in the security industry, as this field was completely new to me.
I started my journey working as a Controller and now I am working as an Operations Manager for Guardforce Control room.
This is my 7th year with them, and I hope to go a long way with Guardforce.

They are fake. They call you for interview and then will say if you are shortlisted pay 1000AED then you will again have to pay another 3000 AED. Still they don't commit any visa or job guarantee. Interesting part is they will call for security interview and they will take interview as customer services, sales and so on. There appearance seems to be fake or fooling people.

The staff having a good professional behavior i went there for an interview although I didn't get the job I was selected by the company but their contract is still on hold.
But as for as their behavior and professionalism is concerned its very high. Good management friendly behavior supportive and welcoming behavior.

I will say it's a great privilege to work with Guardforce as the company is not only looking at each staff's on-time salary but also giving all of us the chance to experience a different atmosphere after office hours. One good example of this is the recent live viewing of the late Majesty Queen Elizabeth's funeral on the big screen. We've been given the chance to witness the most memorable event in history, and learned more about UK's Monarchy and its culture. Apart from this, we have recreational time to relax and enjoy together by watching a movie with free snacks ????. Working in the U.A.E for more than 7 years I would say this kind of opportunity is very rare to find. Keep moving forward Guardforce and more blessings to come ????
