My stay here was not as pleasant as my stay in Flora MOE 2 years ago. The customer service was not great and they did not even let me check in few hours earlier. The receptionist said he will try his level best to call me when the room is ready and what is funny is he never even called at all since i checked in later that night instead. On top of all this, there was water leak in my washroom which flooded my toilet. I complained at checkout since it was only 2 nights stay, the simple answer from reception was sorry. Not coming here again.

The location is in City near to the Airport Terminal One. Well connected with Metro and Bus. Cabs available immediately without any waiting time. The in house restaurant serves good food. Also Nearby there are many restaurants that serves 24 hours.

The flight was grounded, and I was sent to the hotel. Employees were fantastic. The room was exceptional. Self-serve breakfast was of a high standard. Watching the chef cook your eggs was brilliant. 5 stars awarded because I would have no problem booking another stay there. Very close to the airport. Has a bus service to and from airport.

Customer service, it was excellent. Therapist named Anu is very approachable and great, she did Swedish massage on me and it was so great, I have plan of coming back next time for the hard massage. Receptionist Priyank is kind too, he provided me some refreshments while waiting for my friend, she’s having a massage as well. There’s also sauna, steam, jacuzzi, gym and pool, all of these are accessible. Overall my experience was great. The place its clean and smells good. Perfect ????????

We booked at Serenity Spa for a Swedish Massage and it was so good. The whole session was indeed relaxing. Tali and Priyank, our therapist are so professional. The staff are attentive, the place is clean and quiet. Good value for money. I would recommend anyone to give it a try.

I had a good experience of staying at this property. The location of the hotel, the amenities offered, and the approximity to my places made the commutation smooth. All the staff were customer friendly and respectful in their approach. The atmosphere at the house made me feel at home. Even though I made the reservations at the last minutes, it was on a good budget.

A hotel of a very high standard. I really enjoyed the service beyond what was expected. They helped with everything. They always asked if they needed more help. The water was relatively cool. You asked for it to be heated and they did it with joy and a smile. I will go back there again in the future

I love visiting the spa in this hotel.
The hotel is quite far but I had to visit the spa as they offer affordable price and the quality of massage is excellent. Priyank deserves recognition. He has been my therapist since a year providing a good quality massage and hospitality towards guests. Looking forward to see him in al barsha!
