It was very relaxing and rejuvenating. Ms. Anu is a very skilled masseur. She did her job perfectly. I would be visiting again.

Here is the deal: The massage was great. The person was skillful and experienced. However, the location and environment wasn't soothing and relaxing. The lights were left on, the person providing a massage was talking to me all the time, and he was chewing tobacco, he left mid point to get his chair without closing the door on the way out while I was still on the table, and most importantly he was short for time (instead of 90 - the massage was short by 15). Luckily the reception only charged me for an hour after I protested. FINAL VERDICT: Go at your own risk.

Been going here for 2 years now, almost every month. Absolutely our favourite spa in Dubai. We often use their couples room. Very clean and very professional. Every single therapist is brilliant. We've never been disappointed.

This used to be a great spa and I used to visit all the time however not anymore. My recent visit the masseuse seemed angry and was very brash and not skilled at all. The worst was I had booked 90 minutes & she didn’t complete the massage time. When I complained to the receptionist they agreed she didn’t complete 90 minutes yet charged me for full massage price. Sadly I will not be coming here ever again.

Always a fantastic massage experience by soul senses therapists, they are wonderfully skilled and competent. The spa is clean and serene and booking is easy and professional! Highly recommended ????????

I have been coming to this spa for massages for years and it has always been great. I had a couples treatment yesterday in room 6 which was a single treatment room with one bed positioned whereby the therapist couldn't even get around the massage bed and the other diagonally across the size of the room, with no shower facilities. The massage bed made soo much noise that the therapist decided to give me a lighter massage in the hope that the bed didn't creak. Secondly the noise from the bar was soo loud that you couldn't relax, the therapist tried to turn the internal music on so to drown the bar music but couldn't. I Highlighted to the therapist during the massage twice that noise from the bed and outside was disturbing. When we finished we were asked if the massage was good I advised them of the issues. The remedy was book another hour and we will give you free 30 minutes. Needless to say won't be back. I was a loyal customer.
