I had the pleasure of being a member at Flow Cafe for 9 months and I must say, it was an amazing experience. Not only does this cafe offer a wide variety of healthy food options, but it has a strong focus on the community aspect. The menu was filled with delicious vegan options, making it a great choice for those who follow a plant-based diet.

Whenever I dined in, I made sure to have a cup of coffee or a snack along with breakfast. Their eggs benedict are a must-try and they never fail to impress. The cafe is managed by a superb supervisor who leads a friendly and professional staff. The atmosphere of the cafe is both comfortable and inviting, providing a warm and welcoming space for customers.

In addition to its great food and atmosphere, Flow Cafe also offers free parking for 2 hours in the basement. This makes it an even more convenient option for those who drive to the cafe.

I go to flow JET apparently everyday for lunch. The food is just awesome and delicious , staffs are so professional and friendly. They always there to assist you. Boss Essam, Raj, loraine, Francis sorry forgot the other names all are super generous and helpful . They always notice small things that others might simply ignore, they see the big picture. The lady manager is so cool ????. Just a small feedback that we look forward to see some new dishes in the menus. Thank you FLOW TEAM you all are so awesome.

Always wanted to visit this nice and cozy place.
Fortunately did this today.
Great coffee, tasty food and, most importantly, great place to work on your laptop.
Highly recommend.

We travel 4 times a year to this city . Dubai and we love the food here and most importantly the service. Francis a lovely ,polite take care of us the fact he remembers what we like to order every time we go to flow is impressive. Outstanding service by Francis . Thank you ????

We found this place with good reviews but I can't give this place five stars. The girl at the cashier could barely understand what we were saying, glasses and spoons were dirty but the food was good. I would train stuff to be nicer and make this place cozier.
