Prices are high even for basic necessities. Most things don't even have a price tag. And, most of the time, there's no one at the counter to weigh things and tell you the price, so you just have to wait around until someone shows up.

The cashier were the very least, rude. First said I didn't have enough products to charge 100 dirhans then he charged the same item more than once, returned the change missing a few coins and tried to throw away the receipt. I'm Very disappointed the way I was treated. I didn't want to make a cene so I Ieft.

This one star is not for the shop but for the staff. I recently ordered through smiles app/el grocer. The order came in too late. Called the market for help. The person who answered was so rude. He was asking to call the app customer service. Well its his duty to follow-up. He doesn't have any commitment to the work he is doing.

Very rude manager he doesn't have any experience of customer care I went there today asking if they are selling karak tea they said we have the coffee machine and it can make tea as well so I ask if they have coins the manager said no we don't have I said it's fine I got coins and then I back to get the tea I just entered the coins and then I found the tea wasted when I ask the manager why there's no cups he start laughing and talking by Hindi language to his team like look at this guy he doesn't know how to use the machine any how I got disappointed from the situation I told him you should behave and speak language I can understand he said you should ask so what I did I already asked you but you are not given any tension it's the worse situation I have ever seen ????

Your neighborhood supermarket, very well stocked with almost anything you need at home in terms of food, fruits, and vegetables, cleaning products, fresh meat, and fish. Staff are very welcoming and ready to help. They deliver very quickly if an order is placed on the phone. Pricing is ok as well for the convenience provided.
