This is actually one of my favorite Cafeteria in Dubai.
I love it and my family also loves it
Having wonderful waiters, providing selfless services makes me feel so great.
Shahid Ali and Mohamed Aftam; you are the most selfless waiters I have ever met.
They work as if they own the Cafeteria.

The food is great. Good for dine in but the worst place to ever order from. Their delivery service is the worst I have ever experienced. Everytime I order from here, they take at least an hour to send and I live only 5 minutes away. Today, I ordered as I could wait for an hour. I waited 2 hours for the food and then it came. I followed up with my order and they told the delivery guy already left and it's been 30 minutes since he left but he hasn't arrived. When I followed up 2nd time, they told they have no idea about where he is. When the food arrived, the burger was cold and the fries were soggy, I called to complain and they hung up on me without any explanation. It's the worst ever place to order from as the food is cold and they are not even aware of where their employees are and they don't care about their customers.

Just wanted to share my experience with everyone. Again, it's only good for dine in. Order at your own risk.

I have ordered veg sandwich from there, it was the worst sandwich I have ever had, they just cut the vegetables even that was smelling very bad and I went there to tell them about this, they are arguing with me and telling we have lots of customers if you don’t want to order don’t order.

Jack of All Trades they are, definitely! You will find almost all the dishes in their menu card. But the problem of being a Jack of All Trades is that you are somehow good at all the stuffs, but never the best.
They do serve Arabic dishes like shawarma and Shawaya but fail to bring out the real taste and same is the case with Biryanis and Pizzas (don't try pizza from here if you have an alternate choice).

All in all, a good place for a quick bite if you are out of options.

Very bad service … they don’t care about customer service.. I stay very near to this cafeteria and they take more than 1 hour to deliver the food .. even they are forgetting to send the order…if u r hungry don’t try to order from this cafeteria…worst service very rude staffs … not recommended.

Nice cafeteria known for shawarma and service. Outside seating is the best. Inside there is area for family -safe and silent.

I ordered one shawarma and for one and half hours...
Delivery and serving very bad...
