One of the best Bengali cuisine in UAE . Kolkata style food available mainly Iilish fish (Hilsa), best misti Doi ever tasted in the UAE. Bharta platter is worth it .
Bengali food lovers specially from West Bengal must visit .

Landed up on this restaurant while.looking for bengali food options in Dubai. Went with very moderate expectations and was pleasantly surprised with excellent food quality and taste. Good fish fry , fish kalia, kacchi mutton biriyani, sorsho iilish, home taste dal with white basmati rice. Even brought back some bengali sweets and they were good as well ! .. its well recommended for anyone who loves bengali/ Bangladesh cuisine.

Good food. Bhorta platter, daal, bhaat and dim bhaji. And after the meal, we had milk tea. Best!

Visited Food Village restaurant, Al Nahda 1 Amman St, Dubai. I consider myself a huge foodie and love all types of cuisines, I recommend this place. An ideal location for Bangali food lovers, with the authentic Bangladeshi cuisine. Must tries are their Bhortas, Fried Ilish Fish, Fish egg curry and Mishti doi . Even plain steamed rice and hot daal don’t taste this good at any other place. They have really friendly staff too. The restaurant is a firm family favourite and a must check out for everyone, especially If you are from India (Assam/Kolkata) craving some traditional home made food then defiantly worth a try.

The beef combo was very good. But the mutton biryani was below average. Didn't try anything else. Service and atmosphere was very good though. Very good place to visit if you are a Bengali residing in UAE. Most of the guests were Bengali as well so it made us feel good too.

Loveeeeeeeeeeee their food! My favorite combo is their chicken roast, plain pulao, chicken fry and their yummy salad (complementary). I dont mind eating there everyday! They have varieties of bengali dishes and they are all awesome. If you miss bengali sweets or food...this is ur 2nd home or may be 1st ;) A must try restaurant! And surprisingly most of the dishes tastes like my moms (who is no more) hand made food so i LOVE it even more.

Though it's Bangladeshi but lots of cuisine similar to the Indian Bengali Restaurant . Ambience is nice and family friendly. My main course generally consists of shukhto or rui macher zhol with unlimited bhaat and dal. The mishti doi served in clay pots is the best so far I had in Dubai. If you are craving for traditional Bengali food then definitely worth a try !

Found this restaurant from google search. Great reception by Al Amin who helped us with the menu. We were looking for authentic Deshi food. Food came very timely fashion. Really tasty food except too hot for me ( I can't handle hot ), my son had butter chicken with Parata, he loved it, impeccable service by Al Amin. Doi cooled me down. Finished with tea. Really can't wait to go back before head back to USA!!!
