Kindly tell to the one who's messaging to Whatsapp,to respond quickly. 2 hours and sometimes 3hours of waiting for the delivery of the item is not a good service. Just a kind reminder. Train your staff well.thanks.

Very poor Customer services who are dealing through whtsup he / she said items are available in the afternoon 3.15pm today I told keep ready we wil be coming in the evening after came an along far from Al Barsha to Rigga said that stocks are not available
Owner must be keep an eye with ur staffs otherwise very soon ur Bussiness wil go down.

We ordered tomuch but delivered half of our orders only,,, and tomuch takes time very slow the. They will not update you if you're order come or no???????????????????????? ,

Worst Service In Home delivery. Supeer late and the person who attend your call cannot even remember the details you provided! Attention to the management of the Foodzone. If you want your business to stay on the market. You should hire a employee that knows there job and can handle the multi tasking job.

Their service is useless. ????????
Their words and deeds are different.To attract customers, they charge low prices but keep more money at the time of sale I ordered at 12:49 AM and my product arrived at 2:2 AM.
all the products are always high prices but not good Quality ????????..... vegetables FRUITS NOTHING is GOOD there.

small place, too much dramma , today they cheat in 5 dhirm when i give 50 dhirm and i buy 5 dhirm they give 45 dhirm in 5 dhirm change but one of them was tear a part money they try to give to me. it’s cheating. not goid service.
