This hotel is in a great location with affordable room rent. The living is decent here. I stayed here for 10 days for my work purposes. Most of the time i spent time in my room and engaged in self development reading. After all i got comfort here.

I was given an Access Card that can’t open the door so had to Go back down to inform them. On reaching the Room it started Dripping with Water from the A.C the entire night making the place look so Messy especially the Floor.

Sharing my experience... Stayed 2 nights last week room was found fine that time. Cocroaches are there...
No kattle to make a tea or coffee
No coffee or tea
Phone wasn't working
Tv wasn't working
If i ask to replace the laundry they send the cleaner and only tide the same bedsheet and keep the same towels didn't replaced.
Security guy isn't found helpful don't have manners how to deal with the customer.
Door don't have lock from inside.
Doors are too noisy
The staff are talking too loudly in the corridor you can't feel comfortable.
Poor quality of bed too noisy and the mattress is too old and cheap.
Don't want to stay at the same.
I think the management is not taking good care or not strict with the employees...

I loved the staff behaviours they are really kindfull especially there is one thing girl I forget her name???? ???? & goody peopl & food is yami also room service nice & it's so cheap than other hotels in this loucashon

Very Good & Best Place to Stay !!!
Depending on the time of year there are seasonal things too.
Loads of parking in the official car park or park in one of the long stay car parks on busy days as the overflow at Warwick Castle is a long walk for small legs!
All in all, a superb place for a day (or two) out with the family. Stunning surroundings, loads of space, and incredible views from Guy’s Tower!
Bring comfortable shoes and plenty of water (lots of walking)
We love our annual pass as we can wander in and around whenever we fancy!

We booked very quickly the previous day of our stay. We got it for 150AED through agoda. No free parking. 20 AED parking for a day and 10 AED tourist fee. Rooms are very small. You can just choose this hotel for just one night's sleep. The bathroom is small clean and average. Check photos for the room size we got. 2 bottle water. No tea coffee or a kettle in the room. Use the hotel if you just need sleep and have a great offer.

Sn excellent experience right from the counter st check in time till check out after 3 days stay.
Very cooperative and we mannered staff.
Reasonable room rates.
Highly recommended to visitors.
