Visited Forever 21 in Burjuman Centre and had a great shopping experience. The store is spacious, well-organized, and offers a wide variety of trendy and stylish clothing and accessories for both men and women. I appreciated the range of sizes and styles available, making it easy to find something that suits my taste and body type.

The staff members were friendly and helpful, and they were readily available to assist with any questions or concerns. The service is good particularly of Chandrika who stayed with me throughout and helped me find my size. They can bring in plus sizes as they have only XL sizes which sometimes is only large. As the name suggests, the shop is not for only young people- all should find there the clothes they want.

One of the Forever 21 outlet in Burjuman, Dubai.
Situated at the 2nd floor of Burjuman Mall.
Parking is available at free of cost at the basement of Burjuman mall.
Usually not that much busy.
Offers are usually there.
They do accept cash and card as payment.

Variety of Garments and Accessories available.
Wheelchair accessible entrance is there.

Hi! Good day! I came here today to shop ( I entered the shop limping) I was looking around, looking for clothes, but instead of being greeted with respect from the employees, instead I was greeted with a gnarled look, (he was grinning and I saw him with my two eyes signaling to his co worker (another guy) mockingly looking at me. Now it really really made me uncomfortable to be look at by this SPECIFIC EMPLOYEE mockingly staring at me while grinning at how i was limping. I however hated how they treat people like me (limping) and who knows what other disabilities that will be treated. I did not expect to be treated such look especially as an avid Forever 21 employee. I know losing one customer would be nothing to Forever 21 but if this gets out to other platforms like (Tiktok) hahaha this would be a mess (imagine how tiktok almost influences everything). Now this employee is a guy who has slicked back hair (almost oily really like he doesn’t shower, or maybe he does but with gel.) short guy (that’s the only specific look that stands out to me) cause he was any other basic brown guy really. I do not wish for this employee to be fired (I know that’s impossible knowing how Forever 21 would take this) BUT INSTEAD I would like him to be reprimanded for his behavior. Thank you. You cannot possibly hire this type of people to serve customers as this is Forever 21 we’re talking about (A well know shopping brand where people around the world know) Imagine an employee who treats customers with utter disrespect by mockingly looking at people with disabilities. It makes me vomit thinking about this. Now every time I go out I feel very self conscious about me limping (which I was not been before).

Excellent staff service. On entering the store, a staff member is always ready to assist with picking out the right size. (I've visited on multiple occassions, and their professional attitude is no coincidence.)

Escalator available to take customers the the above floor.
Trial rooms are clean and well maintained.

Only western clothes are available.
I haven't yet checked for large sizes, but people who need S or XS/ US 6 or 8 sizes needn't worry.

Was having trouble finding a particular size and had been to many other Forever 21 branches before this. But I got lucky when I approached one of the staff members, Mrs Neelam for help. She very diligently checked thru the system, and then went all over the shop floor, through almost all the racks of cloths to ultimately find the right size! She was of great help and very professional and I finally got what I was looking for.
