No valet service, no parking, took them long time to check us in, so many papers to sign, room is small and dirty not like the pictures, rooms doesn’t have balcony they are lying, the AC makes noise, bathroom is dirty specially the shower, bed sheets were dusty, TV really small and misplaced in the room, the room was dirty. Service was really low class this shouldn’t be a 4 star hotel. Smell is really bad and room was hot. You definitely deserve better.

The hotel is located in the production city which is not the city center but close to it. Rooms are nice and they have alot of f&b options. The staff is courteous and makes you feel welcome.
The flip side of the hotel is the location, a bit of a distance from the city center and the metro. However, they do have a shuttle to the marina mall a couple of times in a day.
Building is low rise and hence nothing to talk about views.
However, at the price point the hotel is at its a good value for money.

Great hotel, very clean, amazing breakfast, but it is more in the outskirts since it is a newer area. If you prefer that, it’s wonderful! We loved the hotel, would have stayed longer if it was closer to the city and touristy areas. Also, the manager on duty when we checked in was not very hospitable / accommodating which was also a negative.

We stayed here in February for 3 days. Their customer service us amazing. They took extra care of us. Hotel has amenities like Sauna , steam room, gym pool etc. sky view cafe is really nice and their food was amazing. Room service was top notch. The only thing to look for is that it’s 22 min by taxi from Downtown Dubai. We intentionally went for it as it was relatively cheaper.

We checked-in to this hotel on 27th June, 2023 for the Eid holiday. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. I really appreciate the service of the front desk staff Kay Zin Moe and the the bell service staff Faris. The check-in process was fast. These 2 staff makes my first impression of the hotel.
The lobby was very vibrant in decoration and the room was clean.

Had a great weekend staycation with my hubby. Nothing fancy but love the simplicity of the place. Amazing service from the team especially the front desk. Affordable price, clean rooms and nice amenities.

My worst hotel stay experience out of all the hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
The staff is trained below worse.
Bed was uncomfortable and would move when you move in bed. Air conditioning even at the lowest wasn’t great at all.
Now the worst part was that despite informing the house keeping that I don’t need the service
They entered my room without my permission
Made my bathroom and left with a shopping bag of mine with the purchase receipt in it which I need to make a return of around 800 dirhams and since they took it which I didn’t notice until I needed it, it was a couple of days into the missing bag and after informing them they never had a clear answer to that and my 800 dirhams went to waste just because the staff took it without being asked to do so and while they made my bathroom, they never made my room or bed which was absurd in itself.
Before that they had entered my room once before as well in my absence and switched off my room ac and that’s it which is extremely shady.
Third instance was that they entered my room on their own to deliver a letter while I was sleeping and that was extremely scary and I wasn’t able to sleep well for the remaining days after that.
It was extremely uncomfortable for me to stay in this hotel and I would recommend anyone reading this to never book their service.

We have been here for one birthday party and found out that this hotel is very quite and can be a good place for weekend staycation.
The food served was really great and the staff was cooperative.
Overall recommended if anyone wants to organise party or event at this hotel. Parking isn't an issue at all.
