Had the moment to try Wagah Border for Iftar located inside Four Points Sheraton, Dubai Production City.
.
Price for AED 99.00 per person, iftar included an array of dishes ranging from Soup, Salads, Starters, Main Courses & Desserts.
.
Loved the addittion of Dahi Puri, Pani Puri in the selection & the Iftar starters including Samosas, Spring Rolls & cheese fatayers were really good.
.
Mains included Grills, Biryanis, Mutton Rogan Josh (Favourite), Dal Makhni, & more while desserts were decent.
.
Overall good selection of dishes including Options for Kids featuring Indian & Pakistani cuisine & decent buffet to enjoy.

Very good service by Rishi. Food was delicious and ambience of Wagah Border was nice.

As a recommendation the weekday buffet should be started again.

Visit to Wagah border restaurant was organised by a good friend, who happens to be foody too. I almost didn't go, considering I don't much enjoy eating outside. I am glad I did go with friends. The place was spacious and clean with cool ambiance. Sumptuous spread of both vegetarian and non vegetarian cuisine was on the stand. Live cooking of dessert was on display. Highlight of the visit to this restaurant was not so much about food but the people who were attending and serving. The manager was courteous and made sure to come by out table to check if we were enjoying the food and music. Live singing of Indian songs by singing artists kept the happiness momentum high. Restaurant was not overtly filled on Sunday afternoon, so we all had a relaxed slow mo kind of eating. Three hours of a lazy afternoon spent in this restaurant were worth it.

I had the most disappointing experience at Wagah Border restaurant at the Four Points by Sheraton, Dubai Production City. My wife's birthday lunch turned into a complete disaster as the restaurant's service and food quality were utterly abysmal.

First of all, I had invited two other couples to join us for a lunch party on Saturday, 22 July. We ordered the non-veg thali, which the restaurant had advertised. Little did we know that this would be the beginning of a never-ending ordeal. It took an excruciatingly long two hours for the food to be served, even after repeated reminders and complaints to the restaurant manager. Such a wait is unacceptable, especially when we were celebrating a special occasion.

When the food finally arrived, it was evident that it was not fresh but rather reheated leftovers. To our dismay, the couple next to our table was facing a similar situation. The poor quality of the food was a big letdown and spoiled the celebration.

To add insult to injury, when we decided that enough was enough and walked out of the restaurant, the manager and his team showed no sign of understanding how to handle the situation. The service was so appalling that we had no other option but to leave. I couldn't believe that they were charging for such miserable service, and to make matters worse, we had to pay for the couple of beers we had consumed while waiting for the food. This was the least they could have waived given the terrible service we endured.

But the disappointment didn't end there. The restaurant manager took down my mobile number, promising to call and resolve the matter. Yet, as expected, I never received any call from them. This just goes to show how poorly managed the restaurant is and how little they care about customer satisfaction.

Ultimately, my wife, our guests, and I had to rush to another restaurant to salvage the day and have a proper lunch at 4 pm. The whole experience was beyond embarrassing, and I am deeply upset with the level of incompetence displayed by the restaurant's staff.

I wouldn't recommend Wagah Border restaurant at the Four Points by Sheraton, Dubai Production City, to anyone in their right mind. The service was appalling, the food quality was terrible, and the management's lack of response was even worse. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and steer clear of this place.

Nice Indian restaurant with varied dishes in the Ramadan Iftar buffet. Service is very good with the manager being involved in serving the guests too. Location is a bit away from the normal rush which makes it even better.

i am being generous here by giving it 2 stars and thats for the ambience only and of course there will be ambience when you dont have much customers i am just mentioning some of the things i noticed in our iftar buffet dinner
1) BBQ is not charcoal its Baked/grilled huge let down for a restaurant
2) they used frozen kababs for BBQ section hard and tasteless
3) mutton gravy they used boiled mutton tast was merely average
4) only shrimp biryani was averagely good but serving was too slow my colleague was searching for a shrimp in it for few mints no luck i found one ☺????
5) Hummus was tasteless just chickpeas paste
i dont know why people giving this restaurant so high ratings maybe people go to restaurants for ambience only but i look for both if you dont have taste i wont like the ambience either they kind of go hand to hand to each other

for AED 100+ a person you can get so many great options in dubai with double the size of food options really disappointed

Can't express my dissatisfaction for this restaurant in IMPZ. We reached restaurant at 2:00 PM on a Sunday (we took AED 75) unlimited kebab coupon per persons) and they took one & half hour to bring that food. When we got the food it was cold, stale and smelled very bad, we asked them to change it what did they do ? Just reheat it and got it back for us!! Gosh! Their service is pathetic, food is worse and you will get bad stomach if you eat here.
**Spend you AED 75 in other buffet places like Barbeque nation you will satisfies, this an utter waste**
