Living here for the last 9 years, best building management I have experienced while living in Dubai, best location with all the facilities around. Metro, Shopping center, park Mosque, Airport just 5 mins away, bus station, hospital. What else do we need to have a good living.

Went in and waited almost 1 hour to be seen by a cashier to pay for bank processing fees. Never again will I be walking into this branch.

Is very very bad customer service
04 times I go there to update my card only
Till now they did not..I stay more than 2 hours all the time but for nothing.

Such friendly, nice very experienced, professional staff. I'm sure its not been easy these past few years but the staff here have gone beyond and above regularly for me. Thank you.

Went to pick up some antibiotics and they only gave me a quarter of the amount prescribed. Giving the correct number of tablets is pretty basic stuff.
