One of the best companies I dealt with. In a number of occasions they helped me get my instruments as requested On numerous occasions they went beyond their duty to ensure that I get my product on a timely manner and as advertised or published. At many times their whole management, Staff and leadership team got involved and directly done the needful to solve any rising issues. I will definitely buy from them again and do recommend them for others who are looking for a great selection and excellent service.

I have been an active customer of Music Majlis for last 2 years. I have purchased multiple items from them including my first acoustic guitar, amplifier and cables from them. Really good prices and quick delivery. Highly recommended.

This is THE worst supplier of guitars in the UAE and YOU SHOULD NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ACCEPT NO RETURNS IF YOU HAVE OPENED THE BOX!!

There are many other suppliers. These are the worst.

Worst experience I’ve had in Dubai, the website is not working properly, placed my order and paid got a message that order is confirmed.. checked after 3 days simply replied me your order is out of stock!!!! And thats it ! They didn’t even try to find a solution. Not recommended

Bad customer service, they mix up orders, customer service rep has no manners when they speak. I think they only like dealing with certain nationalities and are uncomfortable dealing with those who speak English. They also give prices that are higher than other main distributers, they are not honest with prices and i am warning you, don't deal with these people. I gave them many chances.

They made me chase them for a mistake they made, its like talking to a robot when you want clarity.

Worsts sales rep, poor communication, terrible Delievery, no thanks.

They don’t have a physical store, I had an issue with a pair of headphones that I bought from them that I wanted to replace, they never answer the emails, they’re never giving any clear answers, one of the staff that responds to the phone calls sounds like he’s half asleep, I’ve been waiting for reply from them for over a week! But to no avail.
