I have just attended OutsideIn's Bournemouth Art Group held in in Bournemouth Library. It is a new group and an opportunity to meet other artists and create together. It's very inclusive, and everyone is welcome, whatever their ability. Run by Stuart, who managed to generate a creative and yet relaxed atmosphere. What really blew me away is that I now have lots of ideas regarding the direction my art can take. I really was not expecting that, so thank you to all involved.

Excellent place where to use computer and/or study. The first time I visited this library was in early July 2020. I visited it because I needed to print some documents. I had to wait for a few minutes before using a computer due to restrictions. I was allowed to use a computer although I was not a member. Price is good and staff members are very kind, helpful and professional. The place is well lit due to the large windows and also very quiet. The chairs are very comfortable and it is also possible to charge devices because there are sockets and USBs ports.

Usually I find the staff in the CD section of the library very helpful but not today.

Great access to cyber resources and books. Well stocked with Good quality PCs. Staff very helpful and friendly and flexible with over due loans, if you've got a good excuse. Serves a multitude of purposes for the community. Excellent digital piano which you can book. Numerous conference rooms doing everything from art to business meetings. Invaluable.

An excellent civic amenity. Books to borrow, computers to use, newspapers, journals. Academic needs can be met as well as easy reading needs. A great facility, very helpful, knowledgeable staff, and a haven of peace, quiet and learning in an increasingly noisy and frenetic town.

The Local History section is such a useful resource but it is the staff who are so welcoming, friendly and keen to assist, that make the experience so positive. There's a wealth of knowledge, access to unique resources, and a desire to communicate and discover that inspires more research.
