Very sad that they cannot handle amount of people in the weekends. This is the only breakfast cafe around , people are coming with kids and waiting 30 minutes for 1 dish (We were the same three times). Disappointing. Extremely slow service, no crayons for kids (1 pack for the whole cafe). 1 baby chair for 3 babies. Never expected such from French bakery.

Ordered Eggs Benedict medium. Got hard boiled eggs on piece of salami. Just because you have a good location doesn’t mean you can drop your quality but keep the high.

I recently visited this branch of the French Bakery and was extremely disappointed with the service I received from the manager, John. Not only was he rude and showed a negative attitude towards me and my family, but he also made our visit extremely frustrating. I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service we received and would not recommend this location to anyone. Poor service like this is unacceptable, and I hope the management team takes the necessary steps to improve the customer experience at this location..

Poor service, long wait time and a wrong orders because of lack of adequate resources. No proper wifi even though everyone who comes complains about it. Very disappointing for an otherwise lovely place.

Not only bakery, but proper lunch&dinner options available. The spinach chicken with mashed potato was really amazing. Very nice ambience and staff.
