What's not to love about being able to pick up some of your favourite brands duty free. Always worth making the most out of your duty free allowance. Staff are friendly and it's always clean and sparkling. ????????

The show very big discount (eg 40%) then you discover it is ‘up to’ . The full price in my case for a perfume was not displayed. I got a much lower discount . When I asked for an explanation the manager treated me like if I was stupid. He tried to tell me that the full price was higher than the real one. Bottom line I asked the money back . Read the small letters !!! bring a pair of glasses with you!!!

Sorry but it is appalling , all big brands , no consultants just helpers as they call themselves bought 2 creams by Dior skincare and could not have a professional advise. And then moved to Morocanoil product and again even at Tesco they would know better..With a respect

I ordered perfume online for my mum who was travelling back home. She went to the till with the confirmation email. As we ordered it online, we got a discount. Unfortunately, the lady behind the till didn't know anything about the collection and she gave my mum perfume for the full price and she ignored the email where were all the details in, my mum cannot speak English, she just accepted it. I was disappointed as all staff working duty-free should know the process of buying products online with collections at the till.
This happened on 29/01 around 12 pm.

I am still feeling confused why the sales man took my voucher away… i flew out last Sunday, bought a product from la mer. There was a 20% off of next purchase voucher when I paid; but I wasn’t given it instead he took it by himself. I did asked he said I am not in title for… I didn’t understand if I cannot have it why the till printed for me… I was going to ask the sales man about it, he rushed away and I had a fight to catch… totally weird service! I hope someone look into it, give me a explanation, and my voucher back!

Why is duty free more expensive than a normal shop? Apart from Vodka being about £1 per bottle cheaper things like perfume, sunglasses etc are cheaper on the high street/online. About time they changed the rules so you can buy duty free on landing and then you might be more inclined to stock up - but guess no one would stop by.

Charge you like £10 for a pack of Haribos. They take your stuff at security then sell the same things in duty free for double the price.

Their cashless shopping/self service pushing is really unbecoming and distasteful! A lady that looked like, and acted like, she worked in a prison, looked at me with prying eyes asking if I was going to pay by cash or card. I said "cash", and that in itself looked like it was a huge problem to her. Even on the till I was asked again if I was going to pay by cash, or else I could use the self service check out. THIS HAS TO STOP!!! It bloody ruins the shopping experience! Wanting to talk to a real person when you're not quite sure about something, or if you have some questions at all, you just get shoved over to a self service till and every aspect of personal interaction is gone! Pay and be on your way, we just want your money, and preferably digitally without anyone helping you!!! Where's customer service gone to these days?
