Let's just say 10/10 , been going here quite a regular and I've never been disappointed. It's got the whole thing, staff, service, atmosphere, food and good wine. It is a great place to meet friends and family for a bite to eat, drink, chat and laugh.

Pizza Express in Southend provide wonderful and consistently amazing cuisine. The Leggera pizzas are a treat and the old classics like doughballs and linguini are to die for. The wine selection is perfect and classy and the service we experienced wad first class. Look at the all star desserts from the wonderful Henal who made our evening special.

Order delivered cold.... they put a small pizza in a medium box and charge me 2 pounds for 4 olives extra... no fresh flavour taste like cardboard.... screw you pizza express, you should be done for stealling customers this way.... ordered at 4pm... try to contact the restaurant and there was just option to leave a message that i wait until midnight for a reply that never existed... ignoring customers ... when we should be able to talk right away about our orders... its my money i spent or gave to pizza express for a rubish service.... avoid pizza express ... is just a brand a name that the present managment and workers there are not trustworthy as the rubish customer fake attendance and not real promises of services and products delivered... all fake.... if you dont want to be robbed dont go there thats my opinion... bunch of c ...ts serving the public, stealing customers in a time of economic difficulty....RUBISH... RUBISH... AND RUBISH... if i could i didnt give them even 1 star.... they deserve nothing...

Great five course meal for 20.99 per person. Helped adapt the set meal for gluten free version. Excellent service, lovely staff.
We wasn't rushed even know the restaurant was busy. Highly recommend

Hen, our waitress, was outstanding. She had good knowledge of the menu and made an excellent recommendation of Pollo Pesto which was absolutely justified - delicious! Hen enhanced our experience and deserves much credit. Thank you.

Our first ever visit to Pizza Express. Modern inside but the lights are so low its difficult to read the menu. Waiting staff showed no interest in customer needs. Very hard uncomfortable seets. Not given a sweet menu after asking for one, not offered coffee just had a bill put on the table. As we paid the bill the waitress was talking to somebody else. No tip given. No repeat visit planned.

I don’t know where to start! A lovely lovely meal, with an even better waitress called Henal. We was treated like royalty & the food suggestions were brilliant. A true asset to the Team.
