I would recommend the management should focus on the delivery. Everyone is doing with in 10 - 15 minutes they might take 1 hour. Ordered some fruits vegetables and could not bring it and was cancelled they dont even bothered.

I came to your supermarket and purchased some items , paid and left . I spotted that U had opened a chai place just outside and I ordered for a cup however as I was leaving unfortunately I was in a hurry and I forgot the purchased item on the chai area. The team tried to call me but I was in a hurry . 24 hours later I called and a guy called Varun from online orders picked my call , despite it being a peak time he took time to listen to me . He even went out to ask chai team if they saw my package and they said they kept it safe . A big thank you to team chai and Varun for making my shopping experience excellent. Am delighted by their honesty and patience ????????????????????????

Always 30 min to 1 hour delivery, and sometimes the order comes with flies and cockroaches because of their warehouse.

I would not even like to give 1 star to their SERVICES. They guy reads the messages and does not reply. Then we have to call him to remind him to reply. Then he again will not reply. Sooo we call him again, this time he will answer the call and just say nothing and DISCONNECT the bloody call.

This is the difference between hiring good employees for work and hiring cheap labours for work. I AM SUPER mad and I am surely NEVER ever ordering from your STORE! Thank you for SUCH AN AMAZING SERVICE guys.

Worst delivery service I have ordered food items for cooking (28.07.2023) at 08:00 pm and received at 11:00 pm.

Very very very bad service many times i replace order they delivered after 1 hour should be they need to closed the shop and go home and order receiver staff bavour is very bad specialy girls????????????????????

Many expired/rotten items
& irresponsible reply from cashier.
