The staff at this place are amiable, and they ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to. Many activities, such as the dashing car, swing, video games, kids helicopter, and train rides, can be enjoyed for just 1AED. Additionally, there is a play zone where you can safely leave your kids while you shop in the mall. Monthly subscription are one day pass is available for the Playzone.

Best kids playing area for very affordable price. So many options for fun and entertainments with neat and clean areas.

Average kids entertainment gateway!Has a soft play area too however the downside is you have to walk all the way from soft play area to the corner of the compound just to top up your card and found it difficult while you kids are crying and wanted immediate entry as such the soft play ground should have it's own top up so you don't need to bring a tantrums on your kids while you drove them here for them to enjoy.

Rides, games, play area, rewards.

With current new normal some features are not operating otherwise it’s favorite next door play area for my kids with plenty of rides and children’s play area.

With membership it’s value for money.

They have been changing their balance options in recent times.. old customers may just get confused. Be careful when buying the card balance on a Tuesday. It has some discounted blue games and rides on Tuesday but the balance can not be used on any other day. Pretty worthless unless you decide to be a Tuesday only customer! There should be an option where any topped up balance is usable on any day of the week.

Just would like to commend the staffs of Fun City Century Mall for the great customer service. We thought we lost my sister’s phone somewhere else. When we reached our home, I called the Fun City if they found any mobile on the play area since that was the last place my sister and niece went. The staff named Maong (I hope I got it correctly) was very accommodating and immediately attended on my inquiry. He said he will call me back if they find my sister’s phone. After few minutes, I received a call back that they found the mobile. So my sister rushed there and got her mobile back. Thanks again to the amazing staffs for their quick response.

Last Tuesday(13 Dec 22) i brought my old fun city card .They told i cannot using right now .I came to know after the my Childs were waiting in the que and reached to the swiping card point. I have balance in my OLD FUNCITY CARD. i want to complain them to authority .
