We were on holiday from Essex in the New Forrest, and had car trouble. Most car service repair shops were not intrested ( including some Ford dealerships) Hendy in Marchwood took our car in for two days , gave us a courtesy car to use too , we got our car back all repaired,, 5* service

Hendy Ford did a better job than snows. They fixed the problem on my partner Diesel Ford kuga and they were quick to. We dropped the car to them just after 9am and picked it back up at just after 12pm. The price was cheaper than what it was first recommended.

Appalling service. Paid £180 for a diagnostic. When I gave the go ahead to carry out works they told be didn't have the specialist tools. Main dealer not having tools to work on there own car! I was promised a call on the Wednesday but didn't recieve one. I tried called the office but no one answered the call. I drove to the dealer to be told person dealing with it not in. Was promised a callback, still waiting 6 days on. Avoid at all cost, has put me off buying another Ford.

After a phone call yesterday my vehicle has been in, fixed and back to me in less than 24 hours.

I can’t praise the guys at Hendys Marchwood enough. From the reception staff to the mechanics, they are all so helpful. They’ve helped me out on a couple of occasions when I’ve needed it and they always do a good car service. Good car centres are very hard to find and I trust them at Hendys completely. Well done guys

If I could have rated 0, I would have! I have spend £900 on a new heater matrix at this garage and within days of leaving. The car had used all of the water, EML Light came on, went into limp mode. I couldn’t get to pick my kids up!! I don’t even think it was topped up by then. The car certainly hadn’t been bled or driven after replacing the heart matrix. This has since happened again. With STILL ZERO contact from them, I have emailed, called, left messages. Took my £900 but can’t be bothered to get back in touch when they’ve done a terrible job, and worse, the head gasket could go if the water keeps dropping. I was quite pleased with the team but the after care has been horrendous and I would highly recommend you do not take your vehicles here for repair, because they don’t repair them… oh and you’ll find your car covered in bird lime under a sapping tree. Didn’t even have the decency to clean it before I collected the car. Absolutely shocking service. I’ll still keep trying to contact them but it just never seems to get me anywhere so motor ombudsman it is!! Do NOT use them.
