Breathtaking views!! There are few benches towards the houses area. Very picturesque. Excellent place for a sunset. Little walk downstairs with a concrete boardwalk available, well maintained, built recently I think, but steep stairs.

Took a drive down to Peacehaven, it was a Sunday evening so we parked in a residential road then walked down to the cliff top and followed it down to the promenade. I think there are a couple of carparks out on the main road then it's bit of walk. I've never seen rock formations like this on a beach before so it was really surprising and not a beach you can relax on but it made a really beautiful sunset dog walk as it cooled down! From one set of steps down to the other end was about 20 minute walk and about 60 steps to climb up the top so take your inhaler if you need one!! I wouldn't say this is wheelchair or pram friendly in the areas we walked.

Living here is an absolute delight! With the South downs just a few roads one way and rustic cliff top walks the other. Always a beautiful view

Wonderful landscape, and a long easy route to take from just outside of Brighton on a sunny day. Great to see a mix of wildlife along with way too, including falcons and herons.

If you want to find the legendary stairs by Mr. Bean beach scene this is the spot ???? chalk cliffs are the most beautiful part of this area.

Beautiful place with wide view to the waters. Has a good parking n walking trails. Can rent motor homes or containers. Good for camping n hiking.

Being along from Brighton, at a slight elevation the cliff top walk dissected by the meridian line, ground zero for the world's time clocks, is a hidden gem, Chatsworth Park 10 mins walk north from main arterial Coast road and you are in a tiny bit of the countryside, and Brighton thought it had it with a Royal Palace 2 blocks back from the seafront but it will never have the peace of Peacehaven.

Such a beautiful place. Never been to Sussex, so much to see here. The downs is great day out too.
I was fortunate to plan my visit around a paragliding adventure experience. Fly Sussex offer experienced instructors and fantastic adventure possibilities. Had an incredible time in the air. I was so very privileged to see the cliff edge and beach from above. Such an incredible experience to cherish forever. Fly sussex offer a range of experiences (tandem) and courses to get you up solo. So with it. If you like adventure try it. Otherwise enjoy thus beautiful seaside at ground level, you wont be disappointed, such a gem of a beach.
