Area could be better improve specially for a major City come on Birmingham gov you can do better than this needs proper seating Wi-Fi et cetera. Not a nice experience, a major scramble when it comes to getting on the bus.

It's got seating and shelter so all good but don't expect people to form an orderly queue though as it's a scramble once your desired bus pulls up.

No one queuing, a free for all scramble when a bus came, not even allowing passengers to get off properly. Not a nice experience!
