Very bad delivery service, the worst I’ve experienced in this area so far .. only telling lies & keep me waiting for the order more than 1 hour then they fight with the security of the building without any reason at 4 am in the morning.. I dunno what kind of delivery service is this !!

They are giving fraudulent advertisement. They will offer in the brochure, but the actual product is different in size. And they will tell you its the same. And they are ok if they will be reported to consumer rights for complaint. The staff sounds arrogant and proud to have a complaint with consumer rights(to be specific, this branch is located right in front of jood palace corner store).

the worst experience with their delivery, just few step ahead is our building and they take arounf one hour to deliver the things. first and last experience with worst pick n fresh.

I like but very few items, sometimes I find what I am looking for, sometimes I don’t find anything, but the staff are so helpful and nice, but they should to make it more rich with the items we need
