I can highly recommend the Dubai Mall G-shock store. I have been there on two different occasions, and was assisted in a very friendly & professional manner. An employee by the name of Jimmy really gave me excellent service. I bought a new G-shock Rangeman, and at the same time he took in my old G-shock watch to have it repaired. I am happy I chose to shop at this store. They also have a really wide range of all G-shock models of watches to choose from.

I visited this store a couple of weeks ago with the intention to buy 1 watch but ended up walking out with 3, they are just too nice!! And Excel was amazing and tended to so many customers apart from us super fast & in a positive, happy manner. He helped me and was so patient while I tried different options, and I would definitely come back to this branch just for him! Thank you so much Excel????

During my recent visit to the Casio G-Shock store in the Mall of Dubai, I encountered a disappointing experience that left me less than satisfied with the level of service provided. The overall demeanor of the staff was notably unenthusiastic, creating an atmosphere where it felt like selling a watch was more of a chore than a genuine effort to assist customers. Their lack of engagement and enthusiasm was disheartening and affected the overall shopping experience.

What further compounded my frustration was the incident at the cash register. While in the process of making our purchase, a group of rude customers who approached the register, forcefully pushing us aside. Despite witnessing this behavior, the store employee prioritized attending to them, delaying the finalization of our transaction. This lack of respect and consideration for other customers was both frustrating and disrespectful.

It is worth noting that the only reason I persevered through this disappointing experience was because of my fondness for the watch I had chosen. Had I not been so drawn to it, I would have been inclined to walk away and seek a more welcoming and customer-centric environment elsewhere.

In summary, my visit to the Casio G-Shock store in the Mall of Dubai fell short of expectations. The unenthusiastic staff, combined with the incident at the cash register, left a negative impression. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving customer service, creating a more welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for future visitors.

Disappointing experience at this store today morning. There was a buy 2 get 1 Eid sale apparently but hardly any watches on sale and the shopkeeper was totally confused about which ones were on sale. They sold me not for sale watches on discount by mistake and asked me to return it 3 hours later. I had bought it as a gift and thank god I did not gift the person already before they made the call. The prices are not on display and they were taking a lot of time to check the price.

You expect a certain standard when a store is in Dubai Mall but I felt their service was quite unprofessional.

My hubby and I bought two watches at dubai mall @G Shock Casio shop. We were attended by staff Carlo provided who provide us an excellent and well done service. We were grateful to be served by him.

Staff is all grumpy, rude, ill-mannered. Looks like they hate their lives; or job, miserably. A horrific experience without getting into much detail. Bottom line, this branch is definitely not recommended.

Thats just a great place to get yourself a GShock watch! They have the stock for every single model so you can actually pick what you want to buy and not to be limited with only few available models. The personnel is really knowledgable about what they sell and helpful. And the price! The price is as it is advertised on the official GShock website! I do highly recommend this place as well as their watches!

Update: The after sale service is amazing as well. Dropped the watch for a checkup after it got water (MY MISTAKE, NOT A GSHOCK FAULT). Got it back with full check up and cleaning next day with more than reasonable price. Cannot recommend this place high enough!
