Rude staff and bad customer service and after sales. The staff do not know how to deal with regular customers and dont know how such business should run. I would rather visit other branches but difinerly not dubai mall branch.

Terrible customer service. I entered the store and wasn't even acknowledged by the sales staff. I have a purchase history with Messika brand and this is one of the worst stores I've been in. Definitely won't be back to this branch.

Very bad customer service, staff isn’t responding to phone calls, my earrings have stayed more than a month with them with no repair! Disappointed!!!

I love Messica, but this is a bad branch with very road staff the foreign one, we pay from a high end brand and deserve some respect.

Just collected my new mini cooper. Absolutely love it. An amazing drive and it looks very stylish. Great all round customer service from Chris Holder who was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Would thoroughly recommend.

To say service was poor would be over rating it and 1 star is more than generous... After contacting the dealer about a 3 series, they confirm I could see it next day and the dealer would have it ready to view and test drive... After traveling down 100 mile round trip.. JOSH the incompetent sales men then informs me the car is not onsite and isnt ready as its in prep, could I please pop back in a week and rearrange... After a very frustrating conversation JOSH offers to ring me the following morning with a plan.. So a totally wasted journey. 'ive been trying to ring all morning' he said.. well Sure enough No missed call or answer message.. Following day comes and Im waiting for the phone to ring and still nothing... Worst experience of customer service ever and to say cheesed off is an understatement... Avoid this dealer and defo give JOSH a wide birth.. Dont waste your time with these clowns

We walked into the showroom and looked at several cars, sat in a couple, read the info sheets and then left. Nobody asked if we needed help (which we didn't), but there were staff on hand who I'm sure would have helped if we had asked.

Lovely professional dealership. Jason Young who has looked after me since my first visit has been wonderful and I’m so excited to collect my new car. Would highly recommend and would buy from here again without hesitation.
