Following an insurance claim for body work on my rear bumper, rear tail light and side back panel, I came to Galadari and met Lijo who handled my case. He was ultra fast in managing the internal process to get a valuation of the damage and handle my insurer. He was flexible on my dropoff date and managed to deliver the car in less than the time quoted for the works. Albeit no new parts were required, the paint job is excellent, the dents have been fixed and there is absolutely no clue that there has ever been a damage. Fantastic work and fantastic customer care.
Thank you to Lijo and the Galadari team. Excellent work!

Some smart person hit my car at the parking and left the deep scratch. I contacted Mazda and I was lucky to meet there Lijo Joy and Bipin. They both helped me to repair the scratch within agreed 3 days without any delays and I got my beautiful baby back in perfect condition in 3 days????????????thank you for super high level service and professionals ready to help you????????????

Only for servicing and body repair of Mazda cars. I had very good experience of service from Mr. Asim. Quality of servicing is good. They will work only till 7.30pm. Prices of service are on a higher side. Taxi on paid basis can be arranged by the reception staff.

I would like to say thank you to Mazda Team Sheikh Zayed Road Branch. It was such a great experience from the time I received my dream car till the time I need to service my car never had any issues.
