First time service with them. Engine error light was showing in dashboard. Spent 2 thousand as per their scanner error code . After 2 days light came back again. I called the manager said bring it we will try something else the funny thing he can't guarantee if this will solve the problem. Time and money wasted.

Worst experience ever. Have second opinion before you agree with ther diagnostic. They try and see if it will solve the problem. If not they will suggest something else i have spent 2200 AED on spare parts not related to the error. and still same error showing.

Finally found a professional service advisor and garage for my BMW
XBM garage is run by experienced Bmw trained technical staff
Mr Suresh the owner is very helpful and polite
He takes time to explain the diagnosis and repair estimates
I have used their services couple of times and highly recommend them for BMW cars
