Went to print some colour copies. Fine… apart one page that had a 3 line sentence with no colour. I tried to object why they charged me same price as a color copy…. The answer “because it’s printed out from the colour printer machine” (see picture attached). The worst part is … I understood they were serious and it wasn’t a joke. On top of it, they can’t even recognise who is (now…used to be) a regular customer.

this is an honest review from me in order for the store to improve their services.

i went to the store 6pm thurs to print labels only 4 pcs A4 size but unfortunately the staff said that he can’t do that night so fine, I agreed to take it next day 6pm. But when i came to pick it up, the staff told me it’s not yet ready. So i came back after an hour and it’s still not ready until he told that he would just msg me when it’s finished.

I was really disappointed hwo they deal with customers. I hope that they would improve their service. Will not probably come back here.

I called the branch after waiting 3 hours for a delivery and the attitude of the staff was poor and unhelpful…. The gentleman sited the rain etc BUT I had received 3 other orders from the delivery company they use from other vendors. Dreadful in every aspect of transaction.

Prices for printers ink are very expensive.. almost double the market price.

I print one page black and white, with some typing 5 words in count. They charge 10 aed just for 1 black and white page. Very disappointing we are regular customer from 4 years, never experienced like this and all staff is changed
