It has every household luxury you need. I really love the restaurant there and highly recommend it remember luxury comes at a price so if it is out of your average budget then I would not recommend it for you

Came in for Food at its cafe it was good, besides that the whole world is packed into this outlet, from clothes, decorations, glass ornaments, cutlery, toy car models, chess boards, Fake plant pots, furniture, etc etc. You take time seeing things here.

After great help in shopping the staff in kids floor very helpful, the advice us to eat at their restaurant and get 10% discount we tried Indian food and it was so delicious so delicious

Great store but I always end up singing Lafayette from Hamilton which sticks in my head for hours. Is that worth knocking off a star for a place that’s otherwise exceptional with attentive helpful staff and a staggering array of good quality wares?

I say yes.

Visited Villeroy&boch store recently. Great experience. Sales Executive from India , Bikram helped us to understand a lot about this very special product . We never knew that there's a story behind every collection this brand has. For example the classic collection , which is also their first collection. When Villeroy started his first poetry shop in OLd Luxumberg this is the collection he used make.
The Quansai garden collection which is inspired by Japanese garden. Marcopolo during his travel found this garden and Japanese believe that visiting this garden brings positivity in life.
The Avarua collection which is inspired by Cook island. English traveler James Cook found this island . This collection has images of Exotic flower and birds from Cook island

Will surely visit Villeroy&boch at Lafayette Galeries Dubai Mall again very soon

Beware of their non-refundable/ non-exchangeable policy and make sure to ask if you can exchange/refund after purchase because they might not state that when handling the costumers the receipt.
I’d give it a 0 star if possible but the 2 ⭐️⭐️ goes for the sales clerks who did their best to allow us to exchange the unwanted items.
