Went there with family for dinner on a weekend. Food was good for the price. Place was also good and the staff were courteous. Ordered few items that were marked as recommended and here is my feedback. I will start with kids, they liked the lemon ice tea and chicken tenders. The fries were very good. Kids didn't like the Burgerizza, I would give it only a 2 star. Kids enjoyed the round seating too. For adults we ordered Flame grilled tacos, they were amazing and a must try. The staff could have given extra tissue paper for the Tacos(we had to explicitly ask for it). Grilled Master's salad was good too, it had a good mix of veggies. Durban grilled chicken with butter rice was the best. We loved the taste. We chose perifries with it which were good too. Flame grilled chicken served with garlic bread was good, especially the bread was amazing. The mocktails are good, but not the best we had. On the service front, the staff are good and friendly. One miss that happened with us is, we were 4 pax and they gave only 2 plates and there was no tissue, we had to ask for it explicitly. Not very kids friendly place as kids didn't have anything to write or draw(will be amazing if this is provided)

Love how tasty the food it. Attentive staff, reasonably priced, love the sauce variety and their spicy is spicy.. And I love that. I recommend and will most definitely revisit

The first time we had tried Galito's was in Dubai Parks, and we can definitely refer our review based on that experience. The restaurant place here in DFC was okay and comfy, but in terms of cleanliness, there could be done something better. Having cloth chairs in a restaurant is prone to smudges and stains, and evidently, the chairs here show already the needed cleaning. The service needs a lot of improvement, we don't know if it is about the number of crew working at that time, but really, the service was slow and much not cared about. In terms of the food, the grilled chicken that we had was dry, which we didn't expect as we had this juicy grilled chicken before in Dubai Parks. But still, the flavor of the sauces and the availability of most of them was amazing.

It was our first time eating at Galito’s and most def not our last. Honestly the quality of the food and the portions are impressive compared to the prices. We ordered 2 plates of Boneless Grilled chicken breasts - one lemon and herb, and the other mild- with 2 sides (2 rice, special fries, grilled vegetables). Everything exceeded expectations, especially the chicken quality, given i’m VERY picky. This is a very convenient, and filling, meal if you are trying to eat healthy and tasty food. Will be trying other branches as well soon :)

Food was really great and delicious. Healthy too. Also not costly as I expected. Moreover they have zomato pro as well. Service was really good and loved the ambience

We been to this place many times. We were so disappointed that it went bad as times goes by, longer waiting of food, the Durban Chicken I always order doesn't taste the same, out of stock items, cleanliness of the place is not acceptable from chairs to the kitchen staff that is not wearing gloves while preparing the food. Bad service knowing they have less staff, staff is not well trained when it comes on service and food knowledge. The manager on duty didn't even ask if how is the service and why our plate is not empty. ( though I was watching her doing all the job everything in the restaurant while his colleuges are just on their phone chatting, kitchen staff)

Not a place I would recommend,
And we will definitely not waste our money in this restaurant again.

17 Feb 2017. Good food, staff service was very good. Price was in good range. Not a heavy traffic place hence enjoyed a peaceful meal.

We returned in 11 Aug 2020. Service has really gone down. The management wasn’t ready to customized our order. We go there for exceptional service. It’s not there anymore.
