I ordered a blouse o line from ritu kumar on May 7th, the price was exorbitant but I went ahead, she charged me for the Iinternational.shipping too. It is now a month of constant follow up , calls, watsup..they don't pick up . Occasionally she gives excuses promises to get back and nothing. I have lost hope they will send my blouse. I am so thoroughly disappointed with this brand name. Please don't ever buy online e. Looks like Ritu Kumar and her gang are cheats

Great atmosphere, everyone aboard was Friendly, the skipper was very attentive and informative. We were fortunate to have a lovely dry sunny day and put the windows up to enjoy the pleasant breeze and nature. Our afternoon tea was delicious, appreciated the glass of rose on arrival and unlimited coffee throughout. All in all a lovely outing and great value, highly recommend.

We had a lovely cruise with afternoon tea today , party of 6. Food was good quality , pre ordered drinks as expected aswell as a drink on arrival which was unexpected and pleasantly received. Our 7 Yr old even got to pilot the boat! The skipper was really knowledgeable on local history and the whole experience was superb.

What a lovely trip. Friendly captain full of interesting nuggets of local historical information made the trip enjoyable. The afternoon tea was delicious and the perfect portion. Highly recommended.

Great little afternoon out.
Didn't matter that it rained a bit as we where sheltered, saw a rainbow which was lovely.

Information all on the website, we found that we could get free parking which was a bonus. The skipper was very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area and he gave us some tips on places to visit, nice walks.

Food was ample amount.
Boat holds about 8 people so it wasnt overcrowded.

Booking,cancelling and rebooking was easy and they had fast response times via email.

We travelled from North wales particularly for this and it was worth the afternoon out. Thankyou!!

This is the 2nd time myself and family have sailed with Mark. Excellent knowledgeable guide who got us involved in steering the canal boat and opening and closing locks. Afternoon tea was plentiful and delicious. The attached picture is afternoon tea for 2 and our table for 4. A most enjoyable cruise, thoroughly enjoyed by all 4 of us

Just got back from an absolutely lovely Afternoon Tea Canal Cruise with Lancashire canal cruises. If you want to see nature and breath in some fresh air don’t hesitate to book. Rich our Captain was so accommodating and knowledgeable. Food was delicious and an added bonus. Felt so comfortable and will definitely be doing it again soon.
