I have been trying to get an appointment, any appointment even an out of hours one. They hung up on my 3 times. Put me on hold without telling me. And when I thought I was going to get an appointment, because they took all my details, the rude lady on Reception hung up AGAIN for no reason. Does she even care for her patients, this lady cannot be the face of the business, surely.

My partner was on hold for over 30 minutes (again), trying to get her prescription. She finally got through and the receptionist spoke to her so rudely and dismissive, it's an absolute joke.

They really have to work on customer service skills as it is shocking.

Avoid at all costs, they are the Hermes of doctors surgeries.

What kind of surgery is this? I been on hold for over 30 mins, it keeps ringing but nobody answered. Get rid of staff covering reception. Yo busy chatting and having coffee breaks. Appalling service!!!! ZERO STAR!! THE DOCTORS AT THIS SURGERY NEED TO READ REVIEWS ABOUT THE STAFF EMPLOYED AT THIS SURGERY!!!!

Appalling! Can rarely get an appointment, usually just sit in q from 8am, get cut off then go through whole process again. This morning, I am getting thru the automated only to be told " the q is full" then I get cut off. Hospital have twice told me I need to get a referral from my doctor but I can't speak to anyone to get an appointment grrr

The doctors in this surgery are great. I just had an experience with a very rude receptionist who made my experience of trying to book an appointment very bad. She wouldn’t tell me her name, so I can’t tell you which receptionist in particular this was. I would strongly not recommend phoning this particular one who worked here today.

I’ve been in the surgery twice today and spoken to two of the receptionists here.

Both have been so rude, but the women in the afternoon unbelievably so.

Does the job requirement outline ‘must be rude and tactless? Must shout at patients as they leave the surgery? Must make the patient feel like they’re a leper’.

I’m sorry but they need training or sacking. Screaming at me as I’m leaving the surgery is not ok and then when I go back to see what’s she is screaming about exclaim she’s not taking this abuse, when a he was the one being abusive. Absolute gaslighting.

I’d like to know what is being done to resolve this behaviour as it’s completely unacceptable.

The level of arrogance and self entitlement is unreal from both receptionists.

I called at 8am exactly and was told I was 7th in the queue. I waited 1 hour and 22 minutes, then got cut off at being 3rd in the queue tried calling back but answering message saying full up. An absolute disgrace of a service.
