Absolutely appalling service - Debbie Nugent refused to take my call, regarding my elderly father and sent her receptionist backwards and forwards as a messenger for over 15 mins. ( it took 25 mins for my call to be answered)The problem/issue could easily had been resolved in this time, however, her refusal to take my call and keep the phone line busy for this amount of time, when Patients are holding is diabolical and totally unprofessional. I had to give them one star otherwise i wouldn't had been able to post this.

I forgot to take my medication on a long weekend and couldn't get through until late in the day. Reception were great and very helpful and sorted out my prescription for numerous meds in less than an hour and had it sent to a pharmacy near me in Cumbria 310 mile away. Thank you for your help it is most appreciated for a mistake I made . K

I have been with the surgery for a few years now and I have definitely noticed the decline in the surgery’s effectiveness since Covid. All the staff seem stressed and quite short.

To get through to them on the phone in the mornings for an appointment when they’re released is impossible. I was left with no other choice than to queue outside waiting for the Surgery to open this morning so that I could get an appointment for a new issue that I needed antibiotics for.

I managed to get an appointment for the same day and saw Dr Gusetti is a great doctor and I would highly recommend her as she is helpful, and makes you feel listened to.

The reception staff are generally stony faced. I gave them two stars as they do respond to my prescription requests but that's as far as it goes. The doctor just seems disinterested. Just seems to be dismissive. I can't say I've had a good experience there and I've decided I won't be going back.

Currently a 45 day wait for an appointment, there's the line they feed you about next day appointments released online at 18:30, I saw one telephone one only, which is pretty useless if your symptoms definitely need a physical check. No wonder hospitals are suffering, people are turning up there unnecessarily because their own gp surgery isn't fit for purpose

I have been registered here for about 10 years.
To get an appointment, you have to take part in the 8am redial marathon & if you are lucky enough to get through, the distorted on-hold music is clearly designed to make you give in.
You are asked if it is an urgent medical issue, if not you are told to book online. If you find an online appointment, it will be 4 weeks time and a telephone triage appointment.
I would advise trying elsewhere, but everywhere is the same now!

It’s all about this monster who doesn’t care even a slightest bit about any patient and calls himself A doctor he doesn’t deserve to be called a doctor I find it hard to call him that therefore just call him Irlam …
Doesn’t even listen to your problem he treats patients with pre-judgement and prejudice.
I’ve had enough of him I have warned him this time after this review I am going to report him to NHS …

Absolutely disappointed with their services. When you need them the most they are not there.

Most of the times they don't even answer their phone.
