I had the chance to deal with Mr Ali at the garage after my car accident. His professional attitude, his patience and the way he followed up on the matters left me impressed. For a lady, to access the garages for car fixing is not a pleasant experience. Yet at this one, I completely changed my perspective.
I highly recommend their services. My car looked like new!

I had an amazing experience with Mr Ali Raza (Service advisor). He perfectly handled the whole car damage. I am super happy to see my car. Ali Raza is an amazing personality with perfectly spoken, happy person. He provides the service before the timeline and always super responsive.

Best Insurance police access repair service ever. Ali has been very courteous and extremely helpful in attending to my concerns and provided the vehicle in best form, clean and ready in time and according to their committed timeframe. Highly recommended.

I did a major service from Gargash Auto last week & I’m very impressed and happy with how well they managed it. The communication was frequent and transparent, very friendly and they genuinely care about customers.

Mr. Nadeem was also kind enough to go out of his way to purchase parts that weren’t readily available.

I got the blind spot fixed, vipers reinstalled (arm), oil changed and did a full polish (interior + exterior). They also fixed a few minor issues here are there along the way too.

The new year offers also helped cut down the overall cost.

Happy customer. Would come back again for future services.

Amazing service and fixed my car well. Especially Bashar went above and beyond to get the car fixed in time before my flight out of Dubai. He kept me up to date and was always quickly available to answer my questions. To be honest, a service rep couldn’t do a better job than he did. Much recommended.

Everything was excellent except for the communication. I did not receive any communication throughout the process. I had to call the garage and insurance company myself for updates and the original date they said the car would be ready was delayed by 3 days which is totally understandable, but it was communicated to me at very last minute and I only found out because I called the garage myself. My only recommendation to them would be to provide more regular updates to customers especially since they might have rental cars from their insurance companies for a limited duration only and need to manage their things accordingly. Other than that the service was good and Mr. Ali is a most excellent and pleasant individual to deal with.

Went there for an insurance repair.

Right from the start I felt very welcomed, the repair was very fast and the work done was spotless , tou can't even tell it had an accident

I had a chance to repair my car through insurance policy access. Very happy with services except lack the communication. Had to call multiple times after fail to complete the job on time. At first the paint job was not done properly but Mr. Umran made sure to fix and handover the car in perfect conditions. Overall very happy and satisfied with services.

What an amazing gem of a path, I was dubious thinking I was driving onto someone's private road but just past the pretty cottage on the left there's a car park.
I went left with ollie, so peaceful and beautiful.
Nice friendly locals on the walk too.
Easy going walk not too hilly the bit I did.
