Mr. Nisar is an expert and he is extremely professional and honest. He took care of the car as if it was his own. This is the ultimate garage that matches the great hospitality and services Dubai has to offer.
The prices are reasonable, I will definitely go back and recommend to all.

I am extremely happy that I finally found the best auto garage in all UAE. I have been living in Dubai for years and I only had bad experiences when getting my car repaired. Especially since I am a woman, I was fooled many times with unnecessary repairs and ridiculous prices.
At Taajeel Auto Workshop, I had a totally unique experience. Mr. Nisar is an expert and he is extremely professional and honest. He took care of the car as if it was his own. He explained to me in details where the problems were. He even showed all the parts that need to changed and demonstrated the reasons the car was having an issue. He replaced all the faulty parts with genuine original Mercedes Benz products. He made sure that I understood all the procedures and he opened the brand new parts in front of me. I have never seen this kind of professionalism and trustworthiness in an auto repair garage. He even added extra services without charging me, such as topping up the oil.

It was Friday when I realized the issue with the car; Nissar accommodated the repair of my car in his schedule for the next day and the car was repaired the following day while I waited at the garage.
The costs for the services were reasonable and there was complete transparency on what parts were being replaced and what services had been undertaken.
Moving forward I will always be using Taajeel Auto Workshop for my car servicing and / or repairs.

I live in Dubai 8 years and I have gone to many many different garages with my cars but now I have found the one. Nisar is so honest and so helpful, I trust him 100% that what he says I need to fix I know that it is necessary.
I never write goggle reviews either so the fact I Anne written this is testament to how good he is 100/100
