Gargash's newest service center in Al Quoz is definitely a good looking facility. It is a huge facility with modern offices and setup.

Found the staff to be very efficient and helpful. Waiting time for the appointment is currently too long and Mercedes should definitely look into that.

Overall the service center is superb and stands true to the luxury and brand standards Mercedes is known for.

No proper response on phone calls & emails. ridiculous being such a premium brand this is not the way treat your customers.
!!!!Exhausted!!!!! by following up for a small service.

I have tried to book an appointment on the app for the last week but every time it states "something went wrong, please try again later". Why do you not remove this facility if it does not work?

They never answer the phone, and one parts advisor cannot handle the load. This may be affected by Corona, but I left and got what I needed from an outside reseller that had more staff that could handle the load (and actually answer the phone). Seems parts sales is unimportant to the business.
