Excellent and efficient service! I have used them on quite a few occasions to disconnect the battery terminal of my BMW car (which is not that easy) when going on a long break. Similarly they help in reconnecting the battery terminal when I return. Ferdinand ("Ferdi") was assigned most of the times for the service. He has always done it on time, efficiently and without any issues. Very helpful team. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Keep up the good work.

Contact center was very helpful, very accommodating; the technician Faisan was very prompt he came within 15 minutes and test my old battery and showed me its 0%, installed the new one and now everything is okay! Service 5 stars
Actually this is my second service; my battery lasted for 2 years and 3

Today I had my car battery replaced by Dial-A-Battery, and I was very impressed with their service. I called them in the morning, and they had a technician out to my house within 2 hours. The technician was very friendly and professional, and he quickly diagnosed the problem with my battery. He then replaced the battery and tested it to make sure it was working properly. The whole process took less than half hour, and I was on my way in no time.
I was particularly impressed with the fact that Dial-A-Battery offers a 12-month warranty on their batteries. This gives me peace of mind knowing that if my battery dies again within the next year, I won't have to pay for a new one.
Overall, I had a very positive experience with Dial-A-Battery. They provided me with fast, reliable service, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new car battery.

Very punctual, and excellent service.
My battery died in trade center, i was informed they’ll reach out to me at 12:30. 12:30 they were in the parking infront of my car.
The field technician was Ifthikhar Ahmed, he checked my battery and changed it in less than 5mins!
Couldnt be happier with the service

I just had my battery changed today with Dial A battery. Mr. Bernabe is the one who came into my place and do the service to my car. He did a very fantastic job. Ive had some issues with engine as well after battery changed and he help me checked and fix it. He even gave me a lot of advices if I go for auto services. I would definitely just call him again in future.

Excellent service. Absolutely hassle free. Ferdinand arrived ahead of the scheduled time, and we were done within minutes. The team, call centre and mobile team, were very helpful and courteous.

Boss Ifthikar was quick to fix and explained the entire process to me with what’s wrong & how it’s fixed. He went the extra mile to provide his guidance for my zero knowledge. Loved the service, too patient and helpful! Will come back for the service only cos he made every penny worth.
