I would like appreciate to Geepas Customer Service Representative & Mr. shahid at Geepas Head Office Jabal Ali Dubai. Today i had issue with my Stand Fan because of Leaves was broken by my mistakes but they fix it free on same time even I haven't any purchases proof. I really thanks to Geepas Team with amazing service as Geepas Vision.

Don't purchase anything from geepas.thendelivery staff is very much irresponsible.They are telling fastest delivery but I am still waiting for my order which was done 7 days before.very very worst service

Be aware, if you loose Geepas air-condition remote control unit, you have to buy a new aircondtion unit as it does not work with universal remotes and Geepas does not provide additional remote units !!! Worst after sale support

Bought a washing machine, over a year ago and now not working,
I asked for a technician for fixing, they have asked me to wait for 4 working days, and No responds.

Bad experience.
Both the product and the service are bad.

Located in jabal ali the Geepas head office features huge building complex in white colour. The parent company is western international. I had been here for an corporate meet. The receptionist person is friendly and caring. They have all their department here. Please note you must take a taxi to this place. Their wharehouse is also at this place where in they have all inventory

I recently purchased a Geepas gas stove from Union Coop, and was extremely disappointed to find that the stove was defective. The burners did not function properly, and the ignition system was completely non-functional.

Pls don't buy anything from geepas, worst product. I purchased one 5 burner stove and its big burner is fuming out flame. I informed and technicians took the stove and problem didn't get resolved , when asked for replacement they are saying its good only. Zero rating not available so put 1 star. NEVER EVER BUY THEIR PRODUCT ALSO THIS COMES UNDER WESTERN INTERNATIONAL, BEWARE OF ALL THE PRODUCTS UNDER WESTERN INTERNATIONAL ALSO.
