I have not yet received the item I purchased from their website last week. The estimated delivery date has already passed, and I am concerned about the status of my order. I’m disappointed that it has not arrived yet. I tried to call many times to their numbers. It’s really hard to reach. I sent emails, NO RESPONSE! Unbelievable!

I ordered a Geepas gas stove which is a defected piece. One burner is giving black smoke which makes all the pots super dirty and the other one is not auto ignite. I filed a complaint to return/ exchange the product but no one contacted yet. Very much disappointed. The money all gone wasted.

Such a pathetic experience I must say with the overall service from OLSENMARK, would recommend people not to buy any of the products of this company there after sale service is super poor, brand new product is getting damaged in 2 weeks & later they will ask customer to visit at their dedicated service center along with the damaged appliance to get it repaired I mean this is so frustrating for the consumer to visit all the way & keep on following up with them to get it repaired I will ensure to lodge a official complaint against the authorised service center & a brand to ensure they change the way of providing service after sales or else they stop selling their so called poor & cheap brand product.

Worst aftersale service.

I bought Geepas product and had to sent it for repair. Beware that they don't have convenient options to drop and pick up the item for repair esp for those living far from Dubai. Customer service is incompetent and is not properly giving me instruction to reach the service location. This will be the last product that I will buy from this company. Really expecting much more from a big company like this one. Disappointing.

After informing the issue , they replaced a new stove for us. Though there was delay , they replaced the stove . Pls continue this service.
