If I could give 0 star I would! HR is almost non existent! They are not willing to assist and often disconnect the call whilst we’re still talking and then don’t answer the phone when we call again.

I’m not sure why people that don’t really wanna work and people that are supposed to be representing such a well known and reputed name are still employed despite their lack of enthusiasm and willingness to attend to calls.

It’s very frustrating not being able to speak to someone about careers or options or just discuss opportunities.

This is the GEMS Office. You have to walk down the side road a bit and will find it on your left. If you need clarification the people inside Trading Enterprise can direct you.

If I had the opportunity to give zero stars I would! The marketing person Akansha, is by far the most unprofessional person I came across so rude and vulgar she has zero cutomer handling experience! And obviously doesn't care about the gems education name ! Been trying to contact her for almost a month now! And she screamed on the phone after finally answering my call by NO WE OBVIOUSLY ARE NOT INTERESTED ! and when I asked her what her name was she HUNG UP THE PHONE !!! I had to call back the operator to ask for her name! I am so disappointed that a company allows this kind of behavior! And I don't want to peg my company with such behaviour!

totally waste of time! People working here doesn't want to work actually! they very seldom answer calls and queries. They cant even offer help! if ever you have a contact and if it happens that your contact is already dead, then that's it! you will bury your concern with that dead. such a shame for this kind of organization.
