Great support from the team at GEMS, they have answered all my questions and assisted with my nephew enrollment. Great personal touch when you are just new to a country and need to sort all the little things out. Both thanks to the team.

Highly unprofessional behaviour, service is pathetic wiered bad attitude of the Lady. CALL IS MEANT FOR answering parents HELP centre helping for choosing right school for child. Most of the time eg: 9/10 call never gets answered. After calling more than 100 times the call was answered at once the lady even answered but in a bad attitude started yelling and getting aggressive not acceptable. Some strong action must be taking against it.
