Nice enough place. Does what it says on the tin. The room was clean and not too many complaints. The shower was good. We didn’t eat here as we went over the road. The bar downstairs got a bit lively on the Saturday night. Which wasn’t a problem as far as we were concerned. If you just want somewhere to lay your head that’s clean and comfortable then this is the place.

Don't expect much. Place run down. Rooms OK and clean. Breakfast awful. Bar only open from 5 to 10. Food menu consists of either a beef burger or a chicken pate burger. I would avoid if possible, it is not a hotel.

The best hospitality I have ever received in UK. Best staff service ever received. We extend our gratitude to Harvey and team for giving us such a wonderful experience. If you plan to visit Isle of Skye, this is the best stay you can choose. Thank you ????

Where do we start , arrived from a long journey from England ...arrived at 2 and was told to return at 3 to check in... they didn't know we were booked in thro a well known online hoilday company.

We too noticed a smell as you walk in... we were told the bar was shut as the heating costs were too high... then we were given a room that was freezing cold ...we checked in and within an hour we left... lost our 2 night payment...ended up in a superb hotel in Fort William with stunning views for under £60 ! ...

Honestly I would avoid this place, certainly don't believe the good reviews are not genuine tbh... Will be contacting our solicitors on our return to recover our money

Very appalled is the best way to describe our stay. The first thing we noticed walking in was a smell, which is never a good sign. The room was not clean and also had a horrible smell. The toilet had poo from the previous guest up the toilet bowl so definitely hadn’t been cleaned, the shower clearly hadn’t been cleaned either and it felt dirty. I refused to use these facilities due to this. We didn’t even stay for breakfast as we felt unclean and wanted to go elsewhere.
The lack in facilities that also were not listed online - i.e nothing to say the bar and restaurant was shut, so we had to go looking for somewhere else to eat which happened to be quite a drive away. A real shame as location was exactly what we needed but would definitely not stay again or recommend sadly.

Because the staff was super! The room was clean and comfy and the price was very reasonable. Also, very good breakfast included. Good parking lot, nice surroundings. I will go back again.
