I recently took my Mitsubishi outlander to Gentlemen's garage for some for General maintenance, vehicle breaks skimming and oil change, was impressed with the quality of service I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff which is Mr. Faisal and they are very friendly and professional, and they took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the work that needed to be done. They were reliable, trustworthy, and provided excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs or maintenance.

These garage and individuals are not worthy of a single star! I strongly advise against visiting this horrendous garage. Instead of repairing your car, they will cause further damage and excessively overcharge for replacement parts. They are deceitful and their expertise as mechanics is dubious. It is imperative that this garage undergoes immediate investigation and closure to prevent others from experiencing accidents.

The staff are very Good, and I really thanks to bryan for bringing me in gentlemen garage and I am very satisfied for their services and til next services . Customer are happy.. and highly recommended. Thank you and always keep it up guys for good services. Godbless

AVOID. Very poor service and communication. Constant lies and delays with fixing our car, which now has new issues after coming back from the garage. Our car started jerking and had gearbox issues AFTER they worked on the car however the management and owners refused to take any responsibility and instead tried to blame us. They were exceptionally rude and unprofessional; they charged us nearly AED 10,000 without doing the job correctly and then creating more issues, they also refused to provide any refund.

We tried a few times to get the garage to resolve the issues and new issues they created and there was no responsibility or acknowledgment from them.Their customer service is terrible. Our car was ruined and had far more problems than when we took it in. I am appalled by how their staff and management handled the situation.

UPDATE: We went to a competent garage who had very efficient and kind staff, they fixed our car within a week and the price was much more reasonable. It was a much better experience than at Gentlemen’s.

Went to GG for parts installation and regular service. My car was well taken care of by the very professional staff. Kudos to Bryan and Michael for the professional approach to making my car run awesome!

We visit Oban about twice a year as we love the place. We are into wildlife photography and the wildlife that can be seen on the shoreline along the promenade is super. We sit for hours watching the Black Guillemots flying into and out of their neat holes in the promenade wall.

The beautiful centre of Oban, with those lovely coloured houses. Fantastic to walk around.
