I had a positive experience with Ms. Katrena during the entire service. She provided excellent support from start to finish, earning a well-deserved 5-star rating. However, there is room for improvement at the Al Qouz branch. They should focus on enhancing their technicians' adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM TIRES as they are careless, unprofessional and no quality! I bought brand new nexen tires with balancing and wheel alignment. After that my car was vibrating and when I went to Saeedi Pro shop for the third time their engineer told me those brand new nexen tires in fact have some manufacturing defect which cause me vibration. I asked to replace new tires, but they will not do it. After waiting almost three hours and trying to reach their management calling four numbers nobody will answer you. This very poor experience leaves me without options and in fact make me driving around with unaligned, vibrating, and defected tires with possible risk for accident. Saeedi Pro public claim of being professionals or complying with ISO quality does not fulfil promises and are completely misleading.

I am really impressed with the services. I called them and was assisted by a lady named Katrina. She was super efficient in terms of giving quotation, co ordination and ensured the work was completed smoothly. Perfect place to get your car issues sorted.

Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting this centre, and I was genuinely impressed with the speed and quality of their service. The centre was clean, well-organized, and customer-centric, with a friendly and professional staff.

A team member, Akhil was quick to assess my car's needs, clearly explained the service recommendations, and ensured a swift completion of the work. Despite the speed, the service quality was never compromised.

Their pricing was very reasonable, adding further value to the efficient service. I highly recommend this centre for anyone needing car tyre services, for its perfect blend of speed, quality, and affordability

They have excellent team. When I came to the shop it was supposed to be their break time but they have taken my car and did changed my tyres immediately without reservations. They also include wheel alignment and the service is excellent. They did a good job! Highly recommeded! Kudos to the team for a job well done!

Visited this place for my all 4 tyre replacement. Starting wid beginning, Mr. Aghil guided me through all possible options and gave me best rates. He was very professional to talk. On visiting the location, all technicians were kind enough to make me understand each step of tyre replacement, balancing and alightment. Overall perfect.

Cost effective and very good technical expertise! I had an issue with brakes on my 2017 Toyota 4Runner. 2 other high end shops couldn’t find the issue - Syed Pasha found the issue very soon and fixed it! Great going! Highly recommend for trustworthy vehicle service.
