I'm so grateful I got to work with best service advisor Fjoralba , she was so professional, and car got fixed in short time. Thanks all for collaboration from the door opener, reception lady and service advisor Ms Fjoralba.

Brought my car for rear brake pads job for agreed qout. 30 minutes later the service advisor called me to ask me if I'm interested to replace the front brake pads too and I clearly requested her not to do anything else but the rear brake pads. 20 minutes later she sent me a video claiming that her technicians advising to replace the brake sensors and to clear her responsibility about the front brake pads that's it might start creating noise in the next 300km although I never had an issue with it. Luckily my office is 5 minutes drive from this workshop so i went back and find out that the rear and front tires removed and when I asked her about the reason of removing the front tires she replied that this is their normal procedure to check things even if the customer didn't ask for it and when I reminded her about our conversation that I clearly asked her not to do anything on my car other than the agreed job one of her colleagues interfere and told me you have sign the form and you should have read the terms that we have the right to check anything we want.
Immediately I asked them to put everything back and requested to take my care without even replacing the rear brake pads as I couldn't trust them anymore.

I encourage you to come down and visit German Experts car maintenance, because as much as you love to take care of your car, i don't think you could care as they do...They are very professional
The place is sparkling clean like a clinic, prices are affordable and reasonable they gave me options to choose between original parts or alternative parts with 1 year warranty for the replaced parts.

Also they have a fabulous relaxing free lounge area in the car showroom so everyone can sit down and enjoy drinks or just have a look for the new cars .
The most important for me was the timing so i won't stay without a car for a few days or a week like in the dealer .. i dropped my car in the morning before going to work and they delivered back to me at my workplace )) that's really awesome..

The best workshop that I dealt with and second to none. Professional Staff from the start to finish. Detailed information of what your car is experiencing in full sense. and their prices are very reasonable. I advise you to go to German Experts for your European and German cars. Really worth it!

German Cars Expert is one of the garages i can trust now my car. For the past year i have been changing from garage to garage because of their poor work quality and fake promises. But German Cars Experts did keep up to their promises and fixed my car in short period of time.Especially my big thanks to Buzurgmehr. I highly recommend this garage and you will not regret from your choice.

They have no transparency, they delay work for long periods, and the client is not updated with the work, even if the work is simple. They take a lot of time to count the hours. But the quality of work is excellent and the branch manager is very helpful and easy to deal with...
