Absolutely rubbish. No respect for people's time. Always late, poor quality of work. You need to keep chasing them.

Technician came on Friday to check a water leakage from AC in the ceiling. He was clueless, didn't know where the leakage was coming from. Finally he assumed it was the AC drain. Did a simple drain cleaning and charged AED 150 for the service. Saturday evening I noticed the water leakage was still there, since it was night time I decided to inform them on Sunday morning. Then when I did, they simply ignored. There's no reply so far. Useless!

I left work in the middle of my day to be there to let them in and couldn’t turn up on time. No warning of being late. Totally useless and no respect for their customers time and not even the courtesy to give me advanced notice they would be late so I could adjust my schedule accordingly.

The coordinator who booked the appointment was very polite and helpful. This set a good tone initially. The technicians were extremely courteous and efficient. Did not waste time and were patient with repositioning the art work until it was in the correct spot. They were accurate in their estimation for the time it would take to complete. All in all very good experience.

Communication is extremely slow. Had to wait for 5 days to request a visit for our apartment maintenance. They dont seem to be interested in providing the service.

Very good service deserve a 5 star, start from time i book appointment for maintenance service i can say very efficient. Technical team came on time very polite and explained work they needs to do properly. Very satisfied customer here... thumbs up keep up the good work guys!

Horrible customer service and unreliable!
I called them for the replacement of a flushing tank. they ask for photos of the toilet and the tank. I send it immediately and have to follow up 4 times. Then gave up - Waste of time!
